Please please PLEASE don't conclude with a restatement of reasons 1,2, and 3. If it was a good speech, then those points will already be sticking in the minds of the reader, and a simple restatement like the one another comment advised can absolutely kill your speech. It takes away all of the momentum.

I'm assuming that you are making the case that fetuses are human life. In this case, your speech should be designed to prove that point, and your conclusion should be an emotional overload, so to speak.

Okay. Nobody can argue that murder should be legal, right? Well, assuming you made your point that fetuses are people, then the conclusion is the place to point out that abortions would be murder. If you made your case well enough earlier, then everybody will be left thinking, "wow, he's right," because what they will remember about the speech is that people-killing is wrong.

A good call to action would be something along the lines of this: "If you saw a man being killed in the streets, then you would have a social obligation to defend him and his rights as a person. Why, then, are you standing at the sidelines as (#) abortions occur yearly? Write to your Congressmen, to your news anchors, to anyone that will listen, and protest this grave injustice, all for the greater good."

In conclusion, I would like to say that abortion is very wrong and I'm against it because
(restate your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd reasons)
If you agree with me, I would like you to write a letter to your congressman letting him know how unjust this is, killing innocent lives.

*A call to action is basically telling the reader that they should do something about the issue you are talking about.

Hope this helps :)

Well it is realy hard to help you without seeing your speech. Basically a call to action. Is why are you giving this speech what does this speech mean to you, that you want other people to know (you want them to feel it in your speaking) I teach literacy in a middle school. if you need help i can help you. i just need to see the speech somehow! good luck. Feel your writting. You want for everyone to take in what you are trying to say!
