no most colleges will only let you take 15 hours max and that is hard enough to get good grades.

To get 60 credits in one summer, you'd have to take about 30 classes in one summer, which is absolutely impossible. Not only will the school not allow you to do this, but even if they did, you would have to be in school 24 hrs a day, with no time to sleep, let alone do homework.
If you go to school full-time (12 credit hours per semester) in the fall and spring, and take 6 credit hours each summer (which is what is normally recommended for the summer), then you will have 60 credits completed in 2 years.

I'm guessing it varies from school to school, but most colleges I've seen will only let you take no more than 15 credits during a regular, academic semester. In the summer, this allowance is reduced; I think the maximum credits you can take in the summer at my college is 9 credits.
Even if they didn't limit you, you would be crazy to attempt that many classes in one summer; 32 credit hours is what you would take during an entire academic year (fall and spring)!

Don't be crazy - unless they are basic, basic classes, you will run yourself into the ground. Don't forget - summer school classes have the same core elements as semester classes - a lot of them require projects/papers turned in daily and classes meet 5-7 times/week. It would be impossible to cover 26-32 hours - at the most 15, but that will require 100% focus - no time for work, friends, etc. Don't do that to yourself-the real world is not worth rushing through college for.

The best grades I ever got was one quarter when I took 22 hours.
The credit hours are usually the number of in-class hours per week. I always figured that it took me about two hours study for every hour in class. If that ratio works for you, too, then you'd be looking at 78 to 96 hours per week either in class or studying for it, and this lasts 10 or 11 weeks. Can you do it?

I think the max credit hours u can take is 19, so theoretically you can do it if ur summer school is split into two sessions. I wouldnt suggest maxing out on credit hours though....you might get overwhelmed and u might not be able to keep up the homework.

you most likely couldnt get all of these classes taken... depending on the school they probably don't offer every single class you need.. if you were able to have some flexibility you might be able to take like half prereq's and half electives... also.. you will have no life what-so-ever and your grades will suck... it would be better if you took like 12-15 hours in the summer and maybe tried to clep out of some classes

I doubt if you can get to complete this all in just one summer, but even though you can, you really have to put your grades into consideration unless if you want to say they don't matter. how about asking your course adviser on how to go about this.
