What happened? What do they mean by "incident'?

Their assistant (the older gentleman, I forget his name) was operating the trebuche (pumpkin tosser) with Jacob nearby. Something went wrong, Jacob was hit and thrown back by the giant concrete counter-weight and the older guy was pulled underneathe it. No serious injuries. They are both doing fine now.
New episodes start April 9th. I saw a preview and I believe they'll start the season with this story and where it left off last season.

i am not up to par on this show.. but i do kno a while back the youngest boy was hurt with that pumpkin thrower thing.. him and the old man that helps them out..
email me if you know what happens.. i wanna know who was hurt too!.. if this wasnt the episode you were talking about
