The sound of rain, our daughters laugh, going to store and having the choice of all those chocolate bars to choose from, a bubble bath, a long conversation with my best friend, getting a card in the mail amongst all those bills...the list is endless.....

I have been through so much in the past ten years or so.
Just to wake up, having slept, actually slept, some beer, some sunshine, no chronic pain, seems ok.
Time to try for better things though.
I will hope and try I guess, thats maybe the best I can do.
