the way some girls wear them they are skanky. I hate it when u c girls who might have well not bothered with the skirt cause all u c is panties, or worse still, privates.
I wear a mini skirt sometimes, and I think they can look good. The secret is not to show too much. And they are cool in summer

NO! sometimes it can look classy and preppy...it just depends on the rest of the outfit. When i wear it, it looks clean and cute, maybe the igrls you see are the sluttier types? cuz here in CA it is considered a casual and laid back style, a staple to almost every girl's closet!

No, mini-skirts should not be outlawed. They should just have restrictions on them. Some women have no right to wear them (sickening), and some are too young to be able to wear them.
