The most likely country to do that is ISRAEL again.
We all left them hanging the last time and it will probably be them who does it again.
Only this time there will be an outcry from many nations against ISRAEL and they will be the scapegoat for an onslaught of attacks from all sides.
Keep in mind that before the first time they had been directly threatened by Iran - just as they have this time too. Nobody seems to recall this part of the story.
Iran's sole purpose is to wipe ISRAEL off the map. Seem like a direct threat to me!

Very doubtful. The Congress and Senate has already said no. They will have no Arabic support.
