i downloaded shivering isles along with some other new quests like pirate cove, and mehrunes razor, when i started oblivion, i got a letter for pirate quest and beat it, but no letter for razor or shivering isles!
where in gods name is the portal for shivering isles! i payed 30 bucks for this and i deserve to know!
please help if you know :)

Sometimes when the game has several of those new quests, some of them don't make it as a pop-up. Look on you map for a marker in Niben Bay(Right in the middle). That is the portal to Shivering Isles. Also look in the quest tab to see if those quests are there. The Mehrune's Razor quest should be there too, but it's only worth it if you are really high level, since you'll get a TON of loot in that dungeon.

a portal suddenly appears on a small isle in the middle of Niben Bay, near Bravil.
Additionally: Assigned to monitor those issuing forth from the portal is a knight by the name of Gaius Prentus whose summary of the situation, ‘those who’ve gone in come out wrong’ is your first hint as to what awaits those who pass through the portal’s maw. Beyond the portal lies the Realm of Sheogorath which is divided neatly, like a metaphor for its bi-polar nature, into two areas: Dimentia and Mania.

the razor is just a thin dagger. i don't know if your going to like it. and i got shivering isles and im stuck on it. just want around the waterfront thats what i did and the quest thing poped up
