Hillary Clinton has recieved endorsement from the National Organization of Women (NOW) and has practically declared that she is the very definition of feminism itself.

How do you feel about her sudded feminist declarations and how will this affect her campaign? Has Mrs. Clinton just made the best or the worst descision for her career? How do you think the general populace, feminists, and anti-feminists will respond?

I think that Mrs. Clinton just made a terrible mistake. Politics is still a male-dominated arena and a lot of times just the mention of feminist leanings is enough to push men and the women they follow into voting for whichever male (however underqualified) is opposing her. What is even more telling in Mrs. Clinton's acceptance of such an endorsement is that she has never really postured herself in that direction before, particularly when her husband was in office. As a result, Mrs. Clinton may come off more like a fake than a feminist.

She's always been a feminist. However, that line about finding her picture next to the definition is more than a little arrogant. If she's the one who actually said it, I mean. That's probably just paraphrasing.

I would like Hillary more if her position on the war was more stable. As it stands, I'm an Obama fan.

I feel as though Hilary Clinton makes a lot of mistakes while running in her campaign. I am personally voting for Obama and don`t really care for her Antics.

However, I do believe she is "feminist" in the sense that she wants equal rights for women.

I think that Hillary will never become Prez.
She will definitely garner some Feminist votes by her actions with NOW.
However, she does not resonate with the average American Woman (whomever she is) enough to be elected in 2008.
Good luck

I don't know, I don't think she helped her cause much though. I think saying she's a feminist probably scared a bunch of men off. I don't know, something about her,I'm just not getting good vibes. I did vote for Bill. (okay, he wasn't the best in his personal life, but he was a good president. Kennedy was the same way). I don't want to vote for someone just so we can finally have a women in the white house, I want to vote for someone who looks like good president material. I like Obama too so far. I get good vibes from him.

Most likely not much of a difference. I would imagine that most people would see her as a feminist anyway.

Hilary Clinton will ruin the USA in a year and then the country will be in anarchy and vulnerable to attack by people who hate the USA. A woman has no place running a country and I'd never vote for her. I'd much rather have Edwards as president then her. I think if Edwards was president that American troops would be pulled out of Afghanistan and Iraq faster.

Hilary turned a blind eye when Bill Clinton allegedly sexually harrassed (or worse) other women. That doesn't sound feministic to me.
