If you mean strong, then you need to exercise and work out. If you mean sarong, as in the wrap, you can buy one at any popular warm vacation destination.

That depends on what kind of strength you are seeking!
Physical strength? Exercise with weight bearing exercises as well as aerobic, eat well, high protein, sleep 8 hours a day and drink lots of water. Take vitamins if needed.
Psychological strength? Well, this is a different matter. but surprisingly, many of the same things will make you strong psychically. For example, making sure you get enough sleep is essential. Drinking enough water is also essential because a lack of water can create mental confusion. Exercise also helps build psychological strength by releasing certain chemicals in your brain that are essential for good health and a healthy mood. Having someone to talk to to share inner thought and process feelings is a good thing. It all depends on your situation. Having an adequate social network will enhance self worth and self esteem. Weed out toxic relationships...these bleed you of energy. Maintain a positive outlook on life and see problems as challenges as opposed to problems. That way you stay in the solution. Be assertive, that way you don't feel like a doormat. Need I go on? I would be happy to, as I am a psychologist...
