I use vitamin E oil. If I have any spots I put a dab of this just on top of it and let it soak while I sleep overnight. You can put a bit of petroleom jelly on top of it to help it soak and seal it in. I have found it to be really effective and speed up healing processes. I use it not just for spots but also to prevent scars, heal skin irritation, and other things. It is a very useful thing to keep in your medicine cabinet. You can buy it at any pharmacy for not so much. The ones with less added oils other than vitamin E work the best.
Good Luck!

I use Neosporin® + Pain Relief Ointment & Cream when I get a breakout. It helps heal and helps prevent scarring. I scar rather easy on my face and since I have used this, the red scar marks have dramatically reduced. Also since this is a cream type, its not oily and doesn't cause any other blemishes!
