You may be thinking of "Loving Annabelle" the girl is in a Catholic high school (boarding school) and falls in love with her teacher. The Stars are Erin Kelly (Annabelle) and Diane Gaidry (Miss Simone Bradley). Hope this helps, even if this isn't the movie you're thinking of this is a Beautiful movie. You can get it on Amazon.com.

You're thinking of "Lianna". It's kind of a hard movie to find, but you may be able to find it at a well-stocked Blockbuster on VHS. Lianna is really a middle-aged woman, not a girl.
Another movie that features a girl and her professor is "Go Fish". In this movie, though, the professor hooks Max up with another woman.
If you like that movie, you will also like "The Incredibly True Adventure of Two Girls In Love" and "Better Than Chocolate." If you like Lianna, you will also like "Desert Hearts". "Bound" is my personal favorite.

I don't know the name of that movie but if you want to see a good lesbian movie "Gia" with angelina jolie is a great movie is one of my favorites.
