Which of these movie trilogies (anthologies), do you think is the best?

Godfather. Loved the first Matrix, but thought they could have done better with the other 2.

The Godfather trilogy was the best. Both The Matrix and Rocky trilogies lost steam in parts three. But for me the best trilogies of all is Star Wars episodes 4 to 6 and episodes 1 to 3.

Godfather, without question. Matrix and Rocky both lose steam fast, and even with the weak Godfather 3, it is still the best trilogy of those mentioned.

For me the best movie trilogie is The Matrix.

The Godfather, undoubtedly- although the third film is decidedly inferior to the first two.
Both the Matrix and the "Rocky" films are embarassments to film fans everywhere.

always judge a trilogy by its weakest link.
GF3-not needed
Rocky- should have stopped at 3
Matrix- 3 has strong elements but the ending
Star Jar Jar Wars-After jabba dead, i tune out-sw1-3--Lucas way overrated
indy- 3's villins are a bit weak
Rings- solid though i really dont want to see it over and over
So here it is, out on a limb my fav is
The Mad Max Series- great chases original story -thunderdome not weakest if had to choose a weakest, its mad max
