I wear two 3mm, 14k white gold toe rings. One on each foot on the index toe [the one next to the big toe]. I wear them year round. They are the solid, non-adjustable kind, and they are comfortable, even in closed shoes. Fit is the key to toe ring wearing comfort. Mine have been on my feet for almost a year now.
