Knowlegable tips from an experienced teacher or student?
I'm doing a gel electrophoresis project for school. I need to build the actual chamber, box, and comb. And I have to send electricity through it.
Got any tips i should know? best way to build it? Best way to perform the task? It will be a great help since it's a large part of my tech, biology, and math class grade!

Build it with lucite. determine how many rows you want . Usual;y it's a multiple of 4. Cement the measured and cut pieces of lucite together. Leave spaces for the electrodes. You don't need a top. Remember to make it so that the gel can be removed.
