Well it is a little bit normal to sneeze/cough or laugh hard and lose a little, but this is a little more then normal.
Short term fix, try wearing a pad, that will help soak in some of the wetness and will be easier to change then your undies since you have a belly sticking out there. You can do that sitting down on the potty too! {without falling off or over -he he}
Then I would call your doctor and ask to speak to the RN or Doc personally...they should be able to help/answer this via telephone...make sure you tell him it is quiet a large amount through out the day. They will most likely want to see you sooner then your next appt for this but that is a good thing.
Best wishes with this.

Normal. Magazines and pregnancy sites reccomend either using panty liners or sticking to cotton underwear that you change part way through the day.
Don't worry. It's just the pressure of the baby on the bladder. Try working on kegel exercises that will help a little now and make a big difference after the birth (when it can still be an issue for a little while.)

Ok, first thing I would do is call your doctor to schedule an appointment or at least explain to them over the phone. It's important to make sure that you're not leaking amniotic fluid...not to make you nervous, but it's better safe than sorry. Unless you're absolutely certain that it's urine based upon the smell (and from what I understand there's a distinctive difference between the smell of urine and the smell of amniotic fluid).
I am in my 25th week of pregnancy, and I know it's been common for me to leak urine when I sneeze, the pressure from the baby affects your muscles down there and ability to hold your bladder.
Hope this helps!

Yup. Its normal. And if it ever goes away you'll be lucky. I had my baby 2 1/2 yrs ago and still to this day if I sneeze or sometimes even cough or laugh real hard I still leak urine. I used to wear a panty liner everyday when I was pregnant and keep extras with me when i was away from home because its easier to do that than carry extra big pregnancy panties with you instead! My mom(and I'm 28!), sister, & cousin all have the same problem too and it has been even way longer since they their kids.

Totally normal, and i know how embarassing it is. Try using panty liners to help draw the smell and moisture away. My doctor suggested doing Kegal excersises. The same muscles you use to stop the flow of urine also help control your bladder and strengthen your pelvic wall. I do about 10 sets of 10 reps throughout the day. Driving to work, watching a movie, cleaning the house etc. No one knows you are doing them (not even hubby). Try that and see if it helps!!

Urine is normal, but DO make sure it's not amniotic fluid, rather than urine. Sometimes a small rupture can happen and small amounts of amniotic fluid can leak out, slowly but steadily so you think it's actually urine. I'm not trying to frighten you. It probably IS urine, but I just want you to be sure.
I have the same problem when I sneeze, and it's SO FRUSTRATING! I don't want to explain to my husband, why I'm wearing a pad while pregnant, and so far...I've been able to conceal that fact, but...it's embarrassing enough with just ME knowing it. For him to know it would be mortifying.
Congrats!

Oh, honey!!! I have so been there. Start wearing and carrying pantiliners. It helps you stay dry. You can also buy scented ones to block out the odor. LEaking urine is a natural thing. Your bladder isn't used to having extra weight on it. Any movement from the baby can increase this leakage. Don't feel bad for asking such questions, for all of us moms. . . . . we've been through it and we so understand. Good luck with the new baby.

Kegels! That is your solution. Kegel exercises will help you strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, which in turn will help with the leakage problem.
Yes, this is common. You are not alone. The hormones from your pregnancy are softening up all the ligaments in your pelvis which is contributing to this problem.
I didn't have constant leakage during my pregnancies, but I did leak if I sneezed, coughed, laughed too hard or tried to pick up something that I shouldn't.
Try wearing a pantyliner to help with the situation. Easier than having to buy dozens of undies!

Do you mean u leak urine after you cough, sneeze or laugh hard? Because I know that's normal. You sound like you're leaking more urine than you should, I would talk to the doctor. And wear pads!!
