It takes a ridiculous number of ballons to lift a person; they tested this on Mythbusters. It took dozens and dozens of huge weather balloons, and every last bit of helium available in the San Francisco Bay area, to lift one person (Adam was the test subject; he went about 100 feet up on a tether and enjoyed a beer, then he shot a few balloons with a BB gun and descended).

You can go up in the air with balloons and they float with the wind. They can have some directional maneauvering or rise and fall manupulation with some of the controls they have in the hot air balloons today. Various versions are used almost every year in hot air balloon festivals across the world,. Some are also used for advertising sports events from time to time and these are sometime totally enclosed very big helium blips etc.

Ordinary balloons are only good for cartoon quips.

later i think he was sued to pay $2000 or so, for violating LAX airspace or so

no aurora borealis or the northern lights furniture ensue very intense off the earth via photograph voltaic wind, flares, and different issues colliding with earth's magnetic field which shields us from those issues and no warm air balloon ought to bypass that top, and whether one ought to the individuals in it may die till now you need to get there. a small airplane cant bypass that top as its thrusting air below its wings does no longer create sufficient rigidity to enhance the airplane at those altitudes and as quickly as returned whether one ought to the individuals could die as a small airplane would not have a pressurized cabin
