Job interview...not loan interview. I'm just nervous. Wondering if anyone who works at a bank might have some advice on the interview they had when they got hired.

Dress nicely, don't tell them all about your issues or past problems with jobs if you can help it, be friendly but don't push it, be pleasant (ESPECIALLY in tone of voice), and be CLEAN. That's all I can say besides the usual don't make any sounds from the belly, butt or mouth that isn't your words.

Most importantly:
Stay calm, and good luck!

Just be yourself. And if that's not good enough, then be as professional as possible. Try not to be too laid back and answer all of the questions honestly. They're not looking for potential robbers... Good luck!

Never say, "Stick'em up."

Never say, "Hi, while I;m here could you show me the loan department."

Never say, "Hmm. Does my credit matter?"

Never say, "I guess you didn't find that drug conviction in my record."

Never say, "How did a chump like you ever get to work here."

In other words, relax, enjoy the process and keep telling them how your experience meets theheir needs.'

Good luck!
