What beaches have the most beach/Sea glass in So calif?

We have a lot of luck collecting at Shell Beach in LaJolla. It's right next to the Children's Pool, where the seals are.

We have collected a full flower vase full, even finding a few shades of blue and red (which are very rare).

It's a nice quiet area, but the parking stinks, especially now that it's so nice outside... but it's worth it for sea glass enthusiasts!!!

Long Beach isn't a good place. I've lived here for more than 20 years, unless you find some of the garbage bottles that might wash up after rain (they come down the Los Angeles River) but I don't think they would be the pieces you are probably looking for.

you know what? i've been living in california all my life and visited almost all the beachs in so cal..and i have NEVER seen beach glass lol! but maybe i'm not looking in the right places..

anyways, the most likely beaches are probably around long beach, laguna beach, newport beach...(so pretty!)

save your energy and get beach glass at walmart in the area with the flower arranging stuff or even dollar tree stores
