Nordstrom's return policy?

Question

I purchased some shiseido sun block a few weeks ago and I used it a few times and it made my skin very itchy. I was wondering if I can return it with the receipt, but without the box?? Thanks!

im pretty sure you can. they have a really good return policy. they let me return a bad that i got back in october with no receipt and no proof of purchase because it ripped, and they gave me a full refund. they are very good abou that sort of thing!

Nordstrom has one of the best return policies out there. You can return any item you've bought since whenever (literally) and have your money returned. They also have free returns via mail, you simply print out one of their packing slips online at their site and paste it on the package. My friend returned a pair of shoes she bought last year and was given back her money.

I'm not sure about the box though, but I think you're good because if you're not satisfied with it, then Nordstrom should honor their customer return policy.

When you buy something and you get the reciept back , it usally says the return policy on the back or on the very bottom of the reciept.I take back things all the time and I found some stores question you more e.g. why are you returning this? Some stores ask lots.

you should be able to return it. nordstroms has one of the best return policies I have ever seen. I had a bottle of perfume that I got for xmas one year break during my flight home, and they took it back and replaced it not questions asked.

You should take it in without the box if you don't have it. They should accept it as your skin is reacting badly to the product.
