This seems to be the most common question here on board games. You're going to get dozens of people talking about weird and scary experiences they had and to stay away because it's akin to witchcraft.
Ouija boards just utilize the ideomotor effect to call up ideas from your unconscious mind. Some of the answers get kinda dark, but just remember it's all coming from you.

i have never played it (and dont plan to), but i heard it does. i suggest not to play it. its dangerous
