I know this feeling. It's like you will never be the best at something so you are Always just....sad. It's really difficult to cope with, but you need to think about this. Do you really want to be happy and have higher self esteem? If you answered yes, than only YOU can achieve this! Find something you can do and do it. Think about how much worse other people have it. Instead of feeling sorry for yourself, help other people who really need it. That could be what you are good at! Try volunteering at a nursing home or an animal clinic. Make the most of your life because it could end tomorrow!

I'm sure you have many good qualities about you. When you get up in the morning look at yourself in the mirror and say "I love you". I know it sounds silly but until you can begin to love yourself the confidence will not be there. Can you speak with your Mom? Let your emotions out. Remember hold your head high you are as good as anyone else. Do you know how many boys think a short girl is a "hottie"? People will see you as you see yourself so let the world know you are a great, intelligent person.

It is NEVER ok, to feel bad about yourself, but you definately are not alone. I am 24 and in therapy for it. I used to feel EXACTLY how you feel up until 2 months ago. The fact that you recognize it, is a very good start. I bet you are pretty, if nto gorgeous and you are smart...and when you feel better abotu yourself, everyone else will too. I know it doesnt change how you feel, but I want you to think about it. Here is one of my favorite quotes from Eleanor Roosevelt, who used to be 1st Lady when FDR was president during WWII: No one can make you feel inferior without your consent. You shouls also try to read alot of books abotu her, because she used to be just like us.

let your self know how beautiful you are im sure thats true, physical appearance is not everything but the way you act and how you think of yourself ....if you repeat to yourself that you are lazy or something like that, then people are going to start to believe it , and if you act with pride of who you are and the value you consist of then your attitude will be strong enough and people will focus on your internal beauty, and every girl is beautiful- excersice before you shower daily, dance = ) do your hair pretty, paint your nails delicately, wear some nice and cute clothes, just remember that nobody is perfect- Good Luck

Sure it is okay, our generation is a depressed one. Everyone is emo, and thinks that the world hates them.
What you need to do is be more optimistic, and be grateful for the things you have, and that you don't have any disabilities like others do. Count your blessings daily, and don't be so pessimistic about everything.
Don't compare yourself to others, it will do no good. It will only put you down, because the only thing you can be is you, and you should love being you, and you should embrace your uniqueness.
God bless! ^_^

well sorry to hear this, but don't just look at these qualities, look at the good qualities in you, and please don't say u don't have any good qualities, because everryone does, it's only a matter of time, u don't have to totally change yourself, but do something and find something that makes you shine, like belly dancing, and wht not, and it's not all about how one looks and how smart they are, and if you keep thinking about yourself like this then well so will others so hears some advise for u, treat yourself to a spa, a nice outfit, wht not, and remember those who judge others by their looks are fools, but the person who feels like this has to change or u will feel like this all the time, good luck, and well, i really hope this helps!!!

I think that is normal for that age. Other people around you are probably feeling the same way.
