I am 15 weeks along and thinking about starting my registry. Is it too soon? I was happy because I heard the heartbeat and I am out of my first trimester so is it cool to start?

When did you guys start your registry?

I started mine about the time I found out I was pregnant. I didn't tell anyone about it then, I just got excited and liked looking at all the baby things!

I say do it now. Our family has been buying us all kinds of stuff and they started early in the pregnancy - with a registry they can buy what you want for the baby.

It's fine for you to go ahead and start the registry, this way you can take your time adding items. But you might just want to wait about 5 more weeks before you make your registry known.

Well I would honestly wait until you are in your 20's. I know you are excited but you would hate to have to tell bad news to a bunch of people
Plus at that stage you can, if you choose, to find out the sex so you can register for pink or blue items.

I waited for baby shower registery until I hit 30 wks, after that if I delivered there was a high chance of survival.

Best wishes and big congrats!

I think it is fine. I haven't done mine yet (I'm 19 weeks) but that's because I'm waiting for my ultrasound to tell me if I'm having a boy or a girl. However, in your case, since you aren't finding out the sex, I think you can by all means start. I have added a Stroller/Car seat thing but only my mom knows. Also, by looking now you'll have lots of time to do your research by reading user comments and consumer reports so you know which products are safe and easy to use. Have lots of fun and congratulations!

I started mine about 2 weeks ago... I am now 20 wks. I think its best to wait until you've had an Ultra sound to start... just so you know the sex of the child... but if you don't wish to find out... go start one now and pick out all of those super cute neutral items. I don't believe its ever to early to start... just better in certain circumstances.

You can start it now because you are out of the danger zone. I started mine at 18 weeks and my friend did at 6 months. Congrats on your pregnancy, good luck and God bless.
