Bill has no idea of what a short sale of a home is do not listen to him. I could help you if you mail me. I am not a Realtor in Indiana, but I could give you a referral to someone who is. I am a Realtor in another state.

I dont know what a short sale is in real estate. Short sale has to do with stocks and you would need a stock broker or an account with Ameritrade or someone like them.
