Yesterday I saw a show about a married couple, and the husband had a sex change but they were still married?

He got his testicles removed, he dressed like a woman, and already had children together. I don't recall what channel they show it at. I believe it was TLC, and I saw it around 7 or 8pm maybe it was called "Ultimate Family" something family really. Did anyone else catch that show? If so, what was the network and name of it. I would like to see it again and show a clip if possible to my boss.

It's called "My Unique Family". I saw the episode you are talking about and another one about a family of witches. It was on on Monday nights, but I'm not sure it's still on.

It looked good on the previews but both episodes I saw were a little boring, I thought.
