For my post bac application I have to discuss why I am interested in working in underserved communities.
The only reason I can give is that I believe that everyone, regardless of income or status, deserves adequate healthcare. The only backing I have with this is when I did my volunteering at a hospital I really liked how the hospital treated patients first then worried about whether the patient could pay for it or not.
What questions should I be asking myself to help me write this part?

Another question asked is what I plan to contribute.
I plan to share my experiences from volunteering so help better the medical community. What questions should I be asking myself to answer thta question?

I think that it really takes you examing your self. Do you come from an underserved community? If not, even talking about the priviliedges you had growing up and realizing the inequalities in the world and why you want to better the situation.

Do you have a specific memory or instance in why you made the decision to take on a job in this field
-did something happen
--did someone say something to you
--a specific person who affected you
