Crumple, huh. I like that word. For a minute when I saw this question, I thought it would ask, toilet paper: do you leave the flap over or under?... I have way too much time on my hands to make this observation.

I think it's nice. I fold so as not to create a hazardous situation for my hand.

I never use the stuff myself, a good t-shirt will always do wonders. After you're finished all you have to do is toss it in the clothes hamper.
