It's a combination of a flood of endorphins and hormones that make us feel good and stimulation of nerve endings that are connected to the brain's pleasure center. But who cares, as long as it feels good!

the feeling is not near so much in your body as it is in your brain. the brain releases things such as endorphins as well as other chemicals that cause pleasure .
