They are 50/50 on pushing the developmental guys; however, it does work to their favor in some respects like Randy Orton and Kurt Angle. Take a look at The Rock and Kane for getting pushed too early and almost destroying a career, I think it is because Vince has unresolved gayness that makes him push big guys with lesser talent, whereas you get someone like Jeff Jarrett and he was never given main event status in the WWE.

Vince and Stephanie push the younger guys way more than guys who have worked hard just to stay in the company.For example,Scotty 2 Hotty,Kane,Val Venis,Viscera,the Hardys,and most importantly The Undertaker have barely got a title shot.The Undertaker is the only one that has had a title shot out of the guys I named.Kane hasn't won a world title since he beat Stone Cold almost 10 years ago.Scotty hasn't won the cruiserweight title ever.Val Venis last title was tag titles with Regal back when he was Chief Morley.Viscera,shoot I can't remember when he won a title belt.Look at Batista,John Cena,Lashley(he deserves the ECW title though),and they r plannin to have Kennedy and MVP as champs soon.Vince and Steph are also makin the ECW Originals look like idiots.All the great hardcore wrestlers they have are being used to develop the ''New Breed''.The originals deserve more than just being mid carders when they r the stars of the show.

Judas Christ they do yes. Chris Masters has no business in front of my TV, for that matter neither does Khali, Batista, Mark Henry, MVP, Kevin Thorn, Matt Striker, Mike Knox and Snitsky. Make them learn some moves, some work ethic, get them some time in front of a mic and get them a real character.

they have to push some soon because who else is going to bring in the cash? they need new faces to attract the little kids of today. and the same stuff gets boring and old. so they need new guys.

Sometimes they have too because they need fresh faces, and injuries to the Superstars. A few months back when several injuries occurred at the same time, you saw new wrestlers.
