*Defenition (in case u need this too): a catalyst is something that speeds up a reaction, but does not change it

(in this case, reaction= radioactive decay [by now i know this stuff really well.... taking a test tomorrow!])

Nothing. You can't affect it, save for transmuting the nucleus by a nuclear reaction to something else. So nothing.
