I wouldn't give oscars large amounts of krill. Krill is very high in fiber content, and can cause digestive problems in some carniverous species (oscars are very carniverous). As a snack both are fine, but as a primary diet they are not. Krill and bloodworms are like a snack to fish-much like a person eating a candybar or chips. A good flake or pellet food will make an excellent staple for your oscars. Flakes work great when they're young, but pellets are a much better option for adult oscars. Hikari carnivore pellets are one of the better products you'll find for your needs, although a little on the pricy side. I also give my oscars minnows from the bait shop, they go nuts for minnows! Minnows with bellys full of flakes are perhaps one of the best things for your babies. They have a comprehensive vitamin, protein, and amino acid profile.

Bloodworms and krill are both excellent supplements, but an ongoing diet of just this will lead to malnutrition.

These are the types of things they eat in the wild, but in the wild they find all sorts of creatures and get a wider variety of nutrients from it. It's very difficult to produce this in an aquarium. Instead you should feed them a high quality cichlid pellet as the main part of the diet - the manufacturers make sure the food is a well rounded source of nutrition.

They like a variety, try krill and bloodworms for a month, then go to something else, maybe some shrimp or some cichlid pellets. Oscars, are indeed cichlids.
