Not bringing home so many women for one night stands... and asking them to keep it down a little.
Or invite the neighbours, might be into that kind of thing!

Kill them off more quickly.
Torture is overrated, I usually just finish my victims off right away. Everyone knows thats the real fun anyways.

Tranquilise them, in the day. Then, a couple of sleeping pills, at night. Sorted.

Give them a phone, so they can talk to a 911 operator. That way they will be kept busy, while your doing what you do.

Gag or soundproofing. You could off the neighbors too - but that might draw suspicion.
