If you have a Motorola phone you can get Motorola Phone Tools which allows you to use any CD or music file and convert it into a ringtone. It works really well. Just look on Motorola's website to order.

if it has bleutooth or a cable (or optional cable), by transfering your music from your pc. (or with the crappy record function if it has :D ) or if u or someone has a laptop ur cingular might have Infra Red and u can do it that way. (search on google for how to music "phonetype/name" )

If your phone has built in mp3 capabilities, just download them from your pc. if you're just looking for free ringtones, there are several sites you can type in on your phone that you can download from. I do it all the time and have 43 ringtones- all free. just make sure you read before you download or type in phone information to make sure you aren't signing up for a subscription you don't want.
