How can I get dried paint off my fav jeans without washing them?

try nail polish remover. Pour a small amount on the paint and rub, I'm sorry to tell you this but you should wash them right away as the water will remove the disolved paint. Face it they can't be any worse than they are now.

Freeze them , then with a blunt knife gently scrape the paint off, If there is still a mark , whisk up 1 egg white pour over the mark leave for 10min´s then wash as normal

Acetone will dissolve latex paint, but may affect color as well.
try in inconspicuous spot first.
ANY TIME YOU USE ACETONE, DO IT OUTSIDE, IT IS EXTREMELY FLAMMABLE AND COULD BLOW UP YOUR HOUSE.
