umm no thats aim..
and theres msn.. and yahoo but i dont think yahoo answers has instant messaging

Not to my knowledge, if you want instant messaging get MSM and then program it to let you know when someone is trying to get hold of you. I set mine up and then put a voice message to let me know. The site below has really neat message announcements.

On yahoo answers, no.

on a cell phone, only if it has the software capabilities for it.
