in windows xp go to the start menu
select run
type cmd
click ok
then type ipconfig

you could try a tracert....that would take you to the ISP location.

Start -> Run -> "cmd"

Type in tracert xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

*note the x's represent the IP address..*
