You have to register on the site before you can do anything but it is free. Then you can download the Qexpress program which does intall autmatically stuff but not recommended to use it for collection files and lots, you are better off with the clean installer. With qexpress you also get from time to time, error messages which means that the objects has not been installed, so you just have to click on the link to download it as a zip or rar, then unzip it to your donwloads folder.

Click on downloads and a whole list of avalible downloads will come up. Click on one that you want and scroll down, at the bottom there is a box called "download". First check that you have all the expantions needed. Beneath that there is a tab which you can click to download. I don't know how to download rar's but it if is a zip file you click it. Then a folder will come up. copy all the files in this folder into your EA games sims downloads folder (which is automatically made when you install sims) paste all of the files here and the next time you go on sims the custom objects should be there. Hope i helped =D
