well both extremes are unhealthy and can result in bad 'breeding'...for example when a girl is too skinny she gets amenorrhea which is a condition where they lose their period because they don't have enough body fat..this is turn can cause fertility problems in the future..However, 'plump chubby kinda girls' may be unhealthy as well and have unhealthy metabolisms, problems with diabetes or potential for high cholesterol and poor exercising habits which can affect their pregnancies

How are people who don't care what they dump in their bodies better breeders? If they have no regards for the health of their own body what are the chances that they will do a good job raising a child?
