Why try to pronounce Worcestershire sauce?

Buy the best made and refer to it as " Lea & Perrins"

In England where the sauce and I both come from they call it Worcester (pronounced Wooster) . I live in Canada now and I have heard it pronounced so many different ways!
Does'nt really matter as long as they give you the right thing.

well a nearby town is called Worcester and even that has 2 pronunciations...but i got Worcestershire sauce down and can say it w/o embarrassing myself

Did you see the bit on "King of Qeens"? So funny. They can't say it so Carrie just says it real fast. Kinda like Worshester Sauce. It's really not that hard if you break it up into 4 syllables. Wore"cess ter sheer.

I'm from Scotland living in Canada, I pronounce it Worster and I get funny looks. but I get funny looks anyway because of my accent
