how do u know they're african?
i know.
u can't refer 2 anything diverse,
it'll misunderstood as being racist.
do they think they're snakes?
if they do hiss,
how childish & bizarre.
wonder what it means?

I've never heard of this. Why not ask the next time it happens? I'm very curious as to the reason. Either way, hissing doesn't sound like a good thing.

I have only had cats hiss at me.
some people suck their teeth , but i can say whether there African or not

I don't know why don' t you why don't you ask them they can only tell you since they did. Are you sure they were Africans? What makes you think they were? They could have been Jamaican, West Indian, Trinidad, or etc.
