yes. but they are mostly in the fall "sort of style" Leggings are pretty big right now. They can be worn with about anything. I've seen them with dresses( cute summer ones) skirts expecially are the ones i see the most worn. or you can get a pair of ripped jeans and opt for a pair of funky leggings with a cool pattern on them!!!! and then you'll have a cute pattern peeking from your holes in your jeans, i've seen lots of people do that and its so adorable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! also if your wearing shorts and their cut up too with the cute designs. so not only do you see them through the holes, but their like skirts too. You can try them with about anything. i love them! my friend wore a skirt and different colored skulls before. thats the cutest! i have a pokka dotted one! i think their still in style. sometimes it depends on where you live. see i like in arizona now and its not that big here. but out in other states, like texas/tennessee its pretty big out there

It depends. If you're talking about super short skirts, than yeah. I would advise someone to wear a skirt (w/ leggings) that's above their knee. Also, you should make sure the style, color, and design of the skirt and leggings doesn't clash. A NO would be a light blue jean skirt with purple velvet leggings. Yes, velvet leggings. You should try a short skirt with a little lace along with black leggings. Black almost always works. You don't want to wear too much dark or light. And please stay away from neons.

a lot of people wear them yeah, but it sure is'nt me. I like my short skirts and real legs. So does my baby. lol

yeah, they'll be going for a while still, plus, leggings are a great way to be abel to wear short skirts in school!

Well kind of.....they were more of a "fall thing",head bands and long shirts are more in style now.Well at least where I live that is in style.

they're still in style so don't worry! It doesn't really matter what's in stye or what other people think! Wear what you want to wear! Be proud of who you are gurl!
