Only the obstetrician can tell you and usually he can't tell you until you are in the labor process. I have seen really tiny girls deliver big babies naturally while really large women have had to have c-sections due to cephalopelvic disproportion (baby's head too large to pass through mother's pelvis). So, in answer to your question, only time will tell. If you enter labor and make no progress toward delivery, the obstetrician will know that a c-section is necessary. Try not to worry about it. Enjoy your pregnancy! Congratulations!

You may be small the the woman's body is created to make this transition happen so I wouldn't worry to much. If a c sec is required it will take you a longer time to heal and you will need to depend on hubby for a bit but you will be ok. the womans bones go into a transition that allows the baby to pass through the birth canal, your body will do it without question. 90% of all are worries never come to pass so enjoy your pregnancy and don't worry, it will all be fine no matter what happens and you and baby will be loving each other before you can either hold him/her in your arms. Congratulations and be happy you have started a new life in the world. Take care Heather

You're doctor will determine that closer to your due date

The fact is as small as you are, you're body will stretch a remarkable amount during labor. You'd be surprised what size baby can be delivered naturally.
