Some piggies are little fatties, some are built a little leaner. If your pig is one of the former, just accept it.

The only way to get your Guinea pig to exercise. . .you have to take her out of the cage and spend time with her on the floor. Also, don't over feed your guinea pig. I read feeding to many carrots, for example, can cause liver damage.
Educate yourself about guinea pigs by reading information on the internet and going to you local library. Or join a Guinea Pig Forum, where you can talk and exchange information with other guinea pig owners Here is a website with a forum you can join:

Don't get a ball to exercise your piggy, it will cause spine problems. I have rescued many guinea pigs over the years and found (as with people) some like to exercise more than others. Depending on the area size your piggy has you could put cardboard boxes/large tubes etc around as they love to investigate. Boxes with in and out holes they love them especially with a bit of veg hidden inside.

Whatever you do, do NOT get an exercize ball or any type of wheel or tight harness for your piggie. They are harmful to their health and the piggies don't have the instinct to run/walk in them. Instead, take out their hut in the cage every now and then so that they can't just lay around. Give them a healthy diet and take them out on the floor too. I wouldn't be too concerned about their weight, after all, they're piggies.

DO NOT get your guinea pig a ball or wheel. the position required to make it move can break their backs. let it run around on the floor. try some of those jingly balls for cats. hid treats in a blanket and let it search for them.

No wheels, and no exercise balls please! Guinea pig spines are not designed to flex that way. If you have a reasonably large cage, your pig will run laps for exercise.

2 recommendations purchase him that weel thingy and hell run on it(if he dont only positioned him in and close the perimeters with some thing so he cant damage out and positioned food infront of him) or close evey door interior the room and make constructive he cant hide everywhere and let him run round 2-3times an afternoon plus you are able to play with him

Buy a exercise ball for her, wheels work good to with some guinea pigs. Buy a medium leash at petsmart for her.
Then you can take her for a walk out doors. Don't over feed her either.
