No offense to Listerine. I really shouldn't be posting this. And if it helps Listerine's reputation any, I still use it, and am about to go swish with it beacause it's supposed to be good for your teeth. But, do you think it smells like bad breath? I mean, it's so weird that something that's supposed to help bad breath smells just like it.

not only does it smell bad it taste even worst and i have found a better solution i now use crest mouth wash and it does the same thing listerine does but it won't burn your mouth after 10 seconds and it also helps if you have a minor tooth ache it really takes it away so i have been using it for over a year now and i use to use listerine for the same reason you did and i don't regret the switch sorry listerine

I don't really think it smells bad. I try not to sniff it because it's like inhaling razor blades. So I just think it's a painful thing to sniff. But I like gargling with it because it hurts and I feel like the pain is the Listerine killing anything that shouldn't be in my mouth, LOL.

not so. but I hate the spicy taste and the hype on those probably fauthy claim without any concrete scientific proof that good for teeth. Water mix with 1/10 or the soda powder does a better job.

LOL, Well I don't think it smells like crap, but it burns like crazy. Try some of the newer flavors there better than the old yellow stuff.

Yes, I do. I have seen that they have different flavors though. My advise, don't use mouth wash. It kills even the good bacteria. Stick to toothpaste and a brush. They do sell all natural toothpaste, give that a try.

no it does not smell like crap it smells like a big wad of miinty gum mashed together with crap that has been there for few months

I think it smells good. However, my dental hygenist says that it stains teeth and she tells my whole family not to use it.
