Has anyone ever hired a company to clean your tile and grout? I found one that charges 39 cents/sq foot, but I don't know whether or not it's worth it.

I've hired people to do my grout and tile. I have a professional company come in about once every 4 months. They do a great job and really get a lot more of the dirt etc out that I can't. I think they gave you a fair price.

In between, cleanings I maintain the tile with bleach, soft scrub and a scrub brush. Then rinse throughly and let air dry.

Tile is an exceptionally famous and adaptable alternative for flooring. While most kitchens and bathrooms are equipped with tile floors, more property holders are deciding to utilize tile all through their whole house. Tile carpets are tough, durable, they eliminate dust generation, help keep your home free of dust mites and other irritants, and are easy to keep clean. However, even with careful routine cleaning, tile can begin to end up less radiant over the long haul. Dirt, grease, and grime might, after some time, make your tile begin to lose sparkle, especially the grout. The grout is the mortar found between the individual tiles.
