It is said, if you eat Shredded wheat, or Wheatabix (yuk), several times a week, you are less likely to die of a heart attack.
Are you going for the heart attack and what you enjoy, or the grain stuff;-)?

I must admit, i'm a goody, goody, in the week. At the weekends, i'm sorry, its full English. What, do they say, a little bit, of what you fancy!

I just have toast, most days, sometimes cereal, only when I stay at an hotel do I have the full English, had Full English on Sunday, lovely it was. But I can't be bothered to cook it myself, my husband do sometimes at weekends, but makes such a mess, that it is easier for me to send him to Tesco's or some other store and let him buy his breakfast.

we have ours every Saturday morning...Its the only day we are all together for brekky and we have the full works....fills us up till tea time and so the rest of the day is left for shopping...other days we all have the usual toast or cereals....
