I have a coral banded shrimp and recently he shed his shell and now he is missing 5 legs will they grow back?

Yes, but if you have any triggers or angels that are large some one may be snacking on the shrimp! Watch the others!

Is your shrimp alone? If he shares his tank with fish sometimes they wil eat the legs of the shrimp.

After any crustacean sheds, they sometimes lose a few legs, they will regenerate!After 2 or 3 more sheds he will heve regrown his legs.
