Do you think its because of modernizing society and it has to adapt or is it triggered by some sort of discrimination case that has been fought and won? If you agree discrimination that has went to the crown court could you suggest any case that would validate this.
Thanks

By civil laws you probably mean the opposite of criminal laws. Civil matters are those where one person makes a claim against another. Criminal matters are where the Crown prosecutes someone for committing an offence against society.

The Crown court is a Criminal Court and does not hear matters of discrimination unless perhaps a race or sex or disability -related criminal offence has been committed.

Discrimination matters are civil matters and would therefore be heard in the civil courts, such as a county court.

And yes, some laws need to be ammended because times have moved on, or because they are causing problems in society or problems in other areas of law or need to fit in with new laws on other subjects, or indeed in response to court decisions as high as the European Court of Human rights or in response to Directives or Regulations or recommendations from the EU. The reasons are endless. You would be best advised to focus your answer on an area of law and use that as an example rather than try to cover all contingencies. If your chosen speciality is discrimination, that's a start. But it is still a huge area of law and you would do better in a university law library. Start by reading 'Discrimination' by Linda Clarke, it's very short and loaded with information.

in spite of if it became a regulation that would not disprove that folk surely believed it. non secular freedom means being able to worship, or no longer, this is what u . s . a . of america became in accordance with. Its like asserting the only reason people placed on seat belts is by using the fact its a regulation.
