ok well, i have really fair skin too, and i have bright eyes as well so i know what your talking about! try not to go to dark in makeup choice and this summer, use light shades and minimum makeup, nothing too heavy..not good for your pores. but anyways light purples are nice on lids, and instead of using the regular black mascara and eyeliner, try brown, or use white eyeliner on the inner corners of your eye..it will make your eyes look bigger. peach and pick colours are nice as well for summer, so try using a peach gloss and a subtle peach blush. Sometimes i like to use a light bronzer, nothing too dark and heavy though. It brightens up your complexion and gives you a nice looking natural glow. Remember, a little goes a long way! so instead of using the traditional foundation opt for a nice tinted mosturizer and some loose powder and your ready to go! hope some of this gave you some ideas!

I have really bright eyes too!
I wear maybelline dream matte mouse foundation in nude/light #4. and the same color in the maybelline stick shine control as a concealer. (They both blend really well and look natural.) Then I put on a tiny bit of clinique powder on my forehead and nose. Then I use a soft rose colored blush and put it just on the apples of my cheeks. Then I put black pencil eyeliner on the corners of my eyes. I don't put it all the way across the lid or the bottom. Then I use just regular black mascara and don't put on too much. The last thing I do is put on estee lauder eye shadow in tea biscuit color. It's a shimmery almost gold color but it looks really good.

if you have fair hair and fair skin and bright eyes then i think you should wear a lighter color makeup. a little pink eye shaddow maybe some blush and eyeliner also you may want to add some clear lip gloss. I hoped this helped.

Go to the Bobbi Brown counter at your local department store--they will give you such a great look, one that looks classy and natural yet beautiful.

wear a lighter color eyeshadow of the color your eyes are. like if your eyes are blue, find a light blue and just dust it all over your eyelid, heavier in the crease and lighter everywhere else.
