President Bush lived across the street for awhile and then Gerald Ford moved in.

The neighbors on the other side were Mr & Mrs Winfield until they moved out and Ruth Powers and her daughter Laura moved in.

Ruth Powers. She's that divorced lady who went on a rampage with Marge in Marge on the Lam (Thelma and Louise spoof) episode.
