e) A total f*cking mess of a place. It will never be fully developed because their culture is a disaster.
Strange how their neighbors on the same island live a near 1st world existence. One side is former black slaves who said 'to hell with everything about whitey and what he taught us', the other side is former black slaves who intermarried with whitey and learned everything they could from whitey before sending him packing.
